Johnny Sherpa is not a property manager, professional home inspector, licensed trade contractor or continuous alarm-monitoring service. We do not manage tenants, collect rent or guarantee that equipment or sensors will detect or prevent every loss.
Observations are limited to areas safely visible and accessible from ground level. Johnny Sherpa does not access roofs or perform roofing inspections.
